"Previous inspections by other plumbers had told us faucet was old and was not repairable, so the tile wall would have to be broken to replace the entire faucet unit. I did not have replacement tile to patch the broken ones. So I went to Angie's List and found Advanced Professionals. The Advanced Professional plumber did arrive late due to a previous job (this can happen.) But Advanced Professional's office kept us updated and promised the repair would still be performed. Job was performed in less than an hour. Plumber had all parts for the work. He checked the repair with the water running by videoing the repair from behind the tile wall (there was an access panel available) and reviewed the video with me. The job site was cleaned before he left. We discussed other minor issues around the house, and he made his professional recommendations. I will use them for future work. Advanced Professionals always answers the phone during normal business hours. This is key. As many plumbers are one or two person operators and won't answer the phone once they are on the job and their voice mail is usually full. I highly recommend this company."

"I have a 3 unit building in Hudson Co. that I have managed for almost 30 years. It was necessary to do major renovations years ago to bring the building up to code. Additionally, the building has 2 wall hung boilers that have been successfully repaired and maintained over the years. The boiler on the ground floor sits on the floor in the laundry room. Approximately 23 years ago, the sewer line running from the side of the house to the main failed. It was clay pipe that was deteriorated. "High quality, responsive, fair, and clean These guys are the best! We worked with them on a water heater replacement and a air conditioner repair/replacement - both in July 2019. When our water heater broke, we called several places. They were the first to respond - Ahmad was able to come out to our house within an hour or so. He answered our questions, let us know why he knew it needed to be replaced (as opposed to repairing a link), and began working. He noted that our previous water heater had been installed incorrectly, and he re-welded a pipe so that the new water heater could be installed on a more level surface. While he was at our house, we asked if he could also install a new kitchen faucet that we had been meaning to replace. He was able to fix it in 20 minutes. For both repairs, he left the worksite clean. I'm glad our water heater broke that day, because we learned they also do air conditioner repair. Dean was much more knowledgeable and provided us with more repair options than any other company we had contacted. We had been under the impression that both our air handler and condenser needed to be replaced, but he let us know that although the condenser needed to be replaced, only one part of the air handler - the coil - needed to be replaced. This saved us thousands of dollars. Dean also patiently answered our questions about other air conditioner options we were considering (e.g., whether to get a a unit with greater capacity). While we were waiting for parts to be available, they did a temporary fix of our old air conditioner so that we didn't melt during the heat wave. On the day of the repair, everything went smoothly - they kept me informed about progress and cleaned up after themselves. I'll definitely call Green Apple the next time I have a plumbing or HVAC issue!"

"Raymond was absolutely wonderful! He came to look at our water heater about a half hour after we spoke on the phone (on his way to another job in the same town as us). He took his time looking over everything to see what could be causing the problems, explained what the possible repair options were if we didn't want to go with the option of replacing it. We decided to just replace it, which Raymond said he was able to do that same day after he finished with the other job in town which he said would take about two and a half to three hours. He arrived back at the house when he said he would, got the job done quickly and efficiently. Replaced all of the outdated pipes that weren't up to code as well. Very reasonable price for the work. I will definitely be calling Red Van Plumbing & Heating for any future work that needs to be done!"

"My water pipe busted on Friday morning. I called four other plumbers first. They were either not available or could not do the repair due to the type of pipe connections. Uponor. By the time I called First Class Plumbing it was already about 2pm. The owner, Eric answered right away and said he could be here within the hour. He arrived right on schedule with mask on and went right to work. He was great. He explained and showed me everything as he was working. He got my water working that evening and came back the next day to adjust the pipe fitting to "his company standards". I appreciated that. Not only did they arrive on time and clean up after themselves, they took the time to go over the new water heater shut off valve and alarm. They helped me install the app on my phone.
