They worked quickly and cleanly, and any issues that came up were flagged to Angela who made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. She wouldn't accept final payment or consider the job complete until we were happy. We also had the interior windows painted, and because I had picked out Farrow and Ball paint and painting windows is tricky work, Angela had Dima Painting take care of the painting. Likewise they worked quickly and cleanly and the paint job is so good--you can't even see the brush marks. The new windows have completely transformed our house from drafty and run-down to much better sealed against the weather, prettier, and more functional as well. We intend to work with Angela and her team next year on a bathroom and kitchen renovation we have planned. We would recommend her to anyone."

"We had been living in our house for 5 years and although the kitchen was a new addition, every winter my wife & I had noticed how noticeably the temperature differentiated especially after the winter of 2014/15.  And because it was a dirt floor with some wood and old construction debris strewn about.  I was not so keen on staying down there.  In doing my own investigation there was some piping and insulation under floor.

We opted to have a plumber fix the water leak, then franks crew came in, cleaned up the mold, then layed down the crawl space membrane, finally insulating floor & rim joist.  All in under two days.  The crew showed up on time, left the open sections of the house clean, and we immediately noticed a difference in kitchen and rest of house.  Walking around bare foot in kitchen is more comfortable, the kitchen is less noisy, and house humidity is maintained.
