"David replaced our old water heater with an efficient heater that saved us hundreds of dollars. He was friendly and very respectful as he explained our issue and how he would solve it. Ps. David also removed our old water heater with no problem. He did the entire job in a timely manner."

"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

"These guys are supermen! Fastest response I've ever seen. Called on a Saturday afternoon and had a technician working on my heater within 30 minutes. Very professional and experienced. Gave great advice. Will be calling them for all my plumbing needs in the future. Don't hesitate to call. Thank you to Lou and Jay for all they did."

"Dave (service manager) is friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. I needed the smoke pipe replaced on my gas furnace, along with some routine maintenance, and he contacted me shortly after I posted the job. He gave me a free estimate the next day, which included itemized costs of all the labor and each of the parts needed. He and his colleague finished the job quickly and cleaned the area up when they were done. The cost was exactly what he quoted. I will be using them from now on for all my heating and cooling repairs and maintenance."

"Knowledgeable and professional- cleaned up when finished"

"Installed new boiler, indirect hot water heater, and rebuilt our well water system adding conditioning and softening. We have acidic well water that has been a problem. Now, everything has been corrected and works great. The new boiler is smaller and quieter. Very professional and completely trustworthy."

"Came home on a Saturday night late, found that my hot water heater was leaking. Call Sensible HVAC and got David. He told me what to do and said he would be there first thing Sunday morning. David got here 9am, got a new water heater and had it up a running in a few hours.Great service and great guy. I will definitively call David for any furture problems."

"Included in the price of the 50 gallon water heater I needed was the plumbers picking up the new water heater, transporting it to my home, navigating the steps down to the basement, and taking away the old water heater. All for the price on the receipt for the new water heater. What Mr. Simpson charges for is the installation of the new water heater and the peace of mind that comes with having a master plumber do a masterful job. Articulate, polite, and efficient, he made me aware of everything he was doing every step of the way. He is obviously a person who takes pride in his work. Mr. Simpson's work comes with a guarantee to amend any problem that arises. A guarantee I have not needed to avail myself of, but appreciate nonetheless. I am thoroughly satisfied with the job he did, and recommend him as an honest tradesman."
