However, if the electricians are unable to keep an appointment within half an hour of the scheduled time, the company should be respectful enough of the homeowner time to communicate the delay. I had two back-to-back appointments, and the guys were two hours late for the second one. I know stuff happens out there, but Rob or someone else should have kept me informed so that I dont feel house bound during the wait. The service itself was performed to my satisfaction on both occasions."
