They also repaired our concrete stairs where a giant corner chunk had been broken. They also filled a whole around our hose spout with mortar. "I have used Bone Dry for 3 other jobs since December 2017, two involving leaks and one the attic insulation. This review covers the most recent job of 2 days ago (7/6/18) – installation of a new roof and ridge vent, since the attic/roof ventilation needed to be brought up to standards. (BTW, I researched everything before hiring anyone – customer reviews, types of shingles & vents, and installation processes.) I like Bone Dry’s whole approach to evaluating what's needed for an estimate, and the work quality has been tops in all instances. Phil Bauman is with whom I’ve been working in all cases. He’s quite knowledgeable, takes time to listen and answer all questions, and does the most thorough evaluation for an estimate I’ve ever seen. I did get the requisite 3 or 4 estimates from other equally well-rated companies. However, my previous experiences with this company were very positive and I wanted to stay with them, if I could. So even though Bone Dry was the highest estimate, Phil was willing to work with me and able to make it happen, and I’m very pleased. The team arrived as scheduled. They took care to cover windows with large boards propped over them, and the immediate area on the ground with a large tarp. After completion, everything was cleaned up perfectly, and they left an unopened pack of shingles for me to have on hand “just in case”. I also want to share that during the process, Christian Carmona (team leader) kept us (BDR’s owner, the production mgr, Phil, and myself) updated on progress with group texts & photos taken before, during, and after the job. Photos included the bad deck boards in situ and then the newly replaced boards, every other step of installation, and of course, several shots from various angles of the completed roof, and one of myself sitting on the front porch. :-) As you can probably guess, I highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing."

"Isabel was patient with me, meeting with me several times to discuss what needed to be done. He also met with the insurance adjuster and the engineer the insurance company sent out. While the insurance company did not pay a claim, they did provide agreement with Isabel aas to how to do the repairs. When I got past the sticker shock, then pulled together the funds, Isabel and his men came and did the job. Isabel took time regulary to show me exactly how things were and also explain to me what he was doing. We consulted together, and were able to save some money in the process which savings he passed on to me. His employees were all cordial, hard working, and diligent. I have not seen any collateral damage from sloppiness or carelessness. A couple little things unrelated to the main job came up or were observed by him and they were addressed at no additional charge. In the process of the job, I had occasion to talk to others in general construction work and everyone I spoke to about Isabel James of Shelbyville said they either knew him or had heard of him and everyone had nothing but good things to say about him. The only thing left to do in a couple days is pressure washing once the mortar sets. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with the work."

"Interior painting in living room with cathedral ceilings. Isidro and his helper repaired several large cracks in the wall and even traced them to their source - which happened to be a leak in the roof. So they also fixed the roof while they were at it. Arrived early every morning and completed the job in the quoted time frame. They protected all surfaces and furniture while they were here and when the left they cleaned up all their mess - couldn't even tell they'd been here. Well, except for the beautiful new coat of paint and the missing cracks!"

"Work were excellent they made repairs to an old patio to look like a new and replacing brick work. You could not even tell everything, masked perfectly that there was anything done. They always respond quickly to phone calls. And when asked for emergency, they will be there for you."

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"Showed up on time, performed the job, plus the extra with the bobcat, with no problem.  Job was done in a few days, debris was removed with no hassle (a big deal as the first contractor I spoke to said that I would have to get rid of the old concrete myself.  He didn't get the job), and the finish work was well done.  I would hire this person again in a heartbeat. <br />"
