IF parts available, they would fix it . . . . if not, parts would be ordered by us and they would return to complete the job. Lawrence arrived today as scheduled and replaced the timer, which he had, within 30 minutes!!!! Lawrence also schooled us on the proper use of a whole house fan which we had not been told. Wonderful experience from beginning to end . . .Thank you!"
