He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. "The technicians that came to install our HVAC system were super friendly and accommodating to my many requests about locations of the furnace, vent pipes, the condenser wiring, piping, and the condenser itself. When I asked for a 90 degree boot feeding two registers so the piping could stay high, a technician made a run to a store and found them. I want to give a shout out to Danny Aguilar who installed the furnace with Edgar and Victor. Grant Duran with Jose and Richard did an amazing job installing the vent pipes. Finally Adolph Garcia with Gabriel and later several other technicians I previously mentioned all worked to install the AC system (condenser and its plumbing + electrical). They worked late into the day to complete the job. I was very demanding in where I wanted things installed and requested changes on a regular basis but in all cases I was accommodated."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
