From the replacement of our roof to them referring a mold remediation company, to demoing our house, and then putting it all back together, the guys Marty, Frank & Chris who painted, all of it was such a great experience. Don't let anyone ever tell you there aren't hiccups in construction either, because there are, but all of those we're taken care of professionally and executed quickly. Lew (co-owner) helped me to figure out what I needed, but at the same time, respected my simpler taste and budget. The work crew was terrific. I work from home 3 days a week and I was totally comfortable while they were there and equally comfortable when I wasn't there. I have a snarky dog whom the crew completely charmed. "He was prompt, professional and very courteous. We have a newborn, so dealing with a leak was not something I could handle right now. I don't have a ton of experience with chimney repair so the price seemed on the high end of reasonable, but he was responsive on the first day and came to do the repair as soon as weather permitted. We just had our first rain since the repair and everything stayed very dry. Well worth any additional expense."
