"Curtain Calls owner Tim Boutwell arrived on time and identified the problem within 5 minutes. Five and 1/2 years ago the installer installed a motor not strong enough for the 3 large shades that almost span the entire wall. These shades weren’t used that often because the sliding door windows look out to the beautiful beach. Unfortunately 5 years is as long as the warranty applied. Tim suggested not replacing the motor because the failure would happen again because of the installer using only one insufficient motor. We were so appreciative of his honest advice. He removed the shades for us and suggested other alternatives. His friendliness and honesty were fantastic. Tim has a great personality and his knowledge of window treatments is extensive. We will definitely call Tim when we decide what we’re going to do."

"They fixed every thing that needed maintenance and fixing, Including a new jam around the workshop door that had rotted, repaired several cracks in the house ceilings, installed new tile pieces that had cracked in several rooms. They were very professional and always on time and the quality of work was the best. I would hire them again. Thank you."

"We had a part of our roof which had rotted away. I called them up around March 15th 2012, and since it was a small job they were going to squeeze us in when they had a half day open. Eventually August was when it was repaired. This is ok because other than severly heavy rain, the roof didn't leak. Also our area was hit recently by bad flooding so I know they were busy. But they came out and got the roof replaced in that half day and it looks great!

"Gregory responded to my online request almost immediately and came out first thing the next morning. I was missing a part and he ran to the store and got it for me. The appliance was exceptionally difficult to fit into the space, and I was prepared to accept that I just wouldn't be able to close the door in front of it, but he would not quit until he figured out how to make it fit perfectly, and he was successful. Gregory was very friendly and conversational. Throughout the process, he showed me how certain parts fit together so that I could do my own repairs in the future. "The gentleman, Mark, who came to my home was so nice, intelligent and very very good at his craft. My job took more than a week to complete as it was a very large job and I had to leave this gentleman alone in my home on several occasions. I never once worried he was disreputable or in any way untrustworthy. I found Mark to be very personable and very knowledge. He did EVERYTHING I ask him to do and my ceilings look magnificent. I have had many compliments from friends and family.(Mark was tasked with replacing 80% of the ceilings in my home, painting the new ceilings and putting up new molding and new air vents.) I can't say enough good things about this company and Mark in particular. It was a breath of fresh air to get a GOOD quality job, in a timely manner, for a very reasonable price."
