"I can't say enough about working with Diane at Carriage House II. I found them via an internet search. Diane keep me informed about every step of the project. Two of the chairs were done in a beautiful large paisley print, which they perfectly matched. The other four were done in a subdued brown tweed, subtly picking up the colors in the paisley print. They not only upholstered the chairs, but also strengthened them and fixed a broken one. The chairs are better then they have ever been. I can't thank them enough. My dining room has a designer look with these "new" chairs."

Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

His worker Joel was very knowledgeable and will answer all of your questions he was great to work with very neat and a hard worker and at the end my basement was cleaner than it's ever been i would definitely hire them again. "Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! I absolutely recommend this company to others and will definitely use them again in the future!"

"To begin with the salesman told us most of the work would be done outside. Also the molding did not have to be removed. This was all wrong information. They did most of the work indoors. They did not put anything down on my runner or my wood floor. My runner and floors had to be steam cleaned. They destroyed the molding around the windows. The caulking is horrible. They were supposed to send us a survey. It was never sent to us because they knew we were not happy. No one from the company contacted us to see how things went. We have to call a finish contractor to replace the molding. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend this company. "

"We highly recommend John and On Call Contracting. We had an emergency situation with our well pump recently in the middle of one of the coldest weekends in January 2021. John answered the call, walking us through troubleshooting and eventually replacing the well pump. A very difficult job that required knowledge & ability in several different trades! This was during a pandemic, in the middle of a freezing cold snap and right before a major snow storm! John is amazing, mindful of safety and provides quality service! On Call is our first call when we need help! JGC"
