I called American Home Contractors for a survey of the damage, and they sent out Isiah, who did a phenomenal job. He wrote up a very excellent report detail all of the damage and repairs needed to bring my roof back to its original condition. He supplied me with clear pictures of everything, and took time to explain everything to me so that I could understand the estimate. I feel much better now knowing exactly what damage was done to my roof, and that I can rely on Isiah and American Home Contractors to restore my roof back to its original condition. "E&F did an outstanding job. We had quite a few cracks in our chimney and the front of our house. Some had been previously repaired, but the repair was smooth and didn’t match the rough texture of the surrounding stucco. J&F made all the repairs and matched the texture beautifully. When they were finished, they thoroughly cleaned up everything. Initially the paint didn’t quite match on the front and they came back to repaint. We were very pleased with the work, the professionalism, and the price. Would definitely hire them again."

"It did not go well. I did not pay anything more. We discussed several projects and he was supposed to get back to me with pricing and he never did. He completed some work. The work he did was satisfactory. He did not have the proper tools to complete the work. It was up to three pieces of siding. I had three pieces that had fallen off the house, in different areas. One of those pieces broke when it fell. So I had gone ahead and purchased replacement siding, which I had there when he arrived. The piece I had bought required him to make one cut so it would fit. He said, "I don't have a saw with me to cut that." I thought it was odd that someone who is coming to work on vinyl siding would not have a saw with him, to cut a piece of vinyl siding. So essentially, he put the broken piece back up on the house. We discussed other projects, he made a list and then never responded."

"Because of plumbing work done previously in my split foyer house, large sections of walls and ceilings in laundry room, bathroom and family room had to be cut to replace the drain pipes.  I e-mailed Anthony explaining what I needed.  He responded right away and came to my house the next day to look over the project.  He was very professional and gave me an estimate on the spot, the charge for materials and labor was less than I had expected.  The drywall crew came three days later as agreed.  They were careful to keep a dusty type of work as clean as possible and completed the major portion of the job in one day.  Part of a second day was required for the final sanding and painting.  The workers were very professional and they did a great job.  In fact they went above of what I had expected. I highly recommend George's Painting Inc."

"A+ for ethics and professionalism. The repair on our old and non-standard roof was tricky and ultimately didn't last (roof leaked within 14 months). However, when the owner was contacted (he's busy so it took a while) he came out personally and arranged for an alternative fix to the roof. The owner, Dave Garner, did this at no charge, without being asked. We still don't know if we have a permanent solution but we're really impressed with Dave and the company's business practices. We would be pleased to use them for any future roofing repairs (although we hope we don't have any!)."
