Get matched with top chimney cap installers and replacers in Perryman, MD

"Fantastic, Nir Dangor and his crew are very professional and his rates are very reasonable."

"They were on time and very clean. They noticed we didn't have a cap installed on our chimney and they were able to install one while there where for cleaning the chimney. Super friendly and reasonable (at least for the cleaning, I didn't double check prices for caps, but honestly don't care too much since they have a lifetime warranty on it). Definitely using them again :)

"The technician was very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. He explained the problem, proposed how to fix it and did the work immediately. I had received an estimate from another company that told me my chimney had structural issues and needed to be rebuilt and re-sealed at a cost of several thousand dollars more than I paid. I highly recommend Classic Chimney."

"The service was fine. The only thing is that they were really late coming. So, it was like dark when they got out of here. They left the area good when they were finished. It took them an hour-and-a-half to complete the job. They sent me a picture of the chimney. The price was great. They did show up."

"Initially they gave me two quotes, one to have the old roof surface torn off and resurfaced, and a second quote to only resurface the existing structure. The quote that included the tear-off was only a few hundred bucks more (about 300) and would have been well worth the price, but my father, whose roof was being redone, did not find it necessary. The completed the job in a few hours while I was at work, so I was not around to see the process, but my father said they did well. The only critique I have is that some areas were a bit patchy, making the finished result not look as clean and neat (important since it will be seen from the roof-top deck). But the seal is great, has a 10 yr warranty and I have no fear about leaks....time will tell =)"

"Carmine is fabulous. We call him for all of our chimney needs"

"Went great....We bought a short sale so we've had some surprises.  These guys came and assessed the exterior of the house first.  They then went into the knee wall to locate the area the leak was coming from.  They located it and made appropriate repairs fixing the leak issue.  All this on the eve of a huge snow/rain/ice/slush storm that's headed our way.

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"Great. The project was a kitchen remodel. The workmanship was very good. The project was completed on time and the cost of the project was very competitive. Both the owner and I, ( I am the rental property manager) highly recommend Makhome Renovations for your home projects."
