The night they arrived onsite, the crew quickly removed all damaged materials and set up a clean and efficient workspace for the drying fans to run for several days, taking extra care to ensure none of my personal belongings were damaged. They were in and out of my home, effectively and efficiently making the repairs, in less than a few hours, and they were meticulous in their cleanup and in ensuring the remediation equipment and associated tubing were neatly and safely secured so as not to impede any of my living spaces. "It went great. Jon and Joe were fantastic, as were the guys who did the remediation. There was a ton of mold under the trim around our master closet door, and they identified the source of the problem (warm humid air getting into the wall cavity from the crawl space over the garage adjacent to our closet, and condensing when it hit the back of the cool, room temperature trim around the door). Jon was very knowledgeable when he came out initially, setting our minds at ease about the problem, the source, and the severity of the problem (he was not alarmist at all and did not try to sell me any work/services that were not necessary). They arrived promptly at 8:30am as promised, sealed off all areas outside the work area, and got everything removed/cleaned, and patched up. They also showed me a picture of the work they did in the crawl space over the garage, which will stop the problem from recurring. Then they cleaned up and it was as if they were never there. And they were friendly and polite through the whole job. They not only stopped the air from getting in from the garage, but they also sealed up the door frame to make sure no more air can possibly get through to the original area and start causing the problem again. When the work turned out not to require as much drywall removal as initially projected in the estimate (there was no way to know without getting in there and looking as the job started), they adjusted the price downward without us even raising the issue. This is a super honest company. I will definitely be recommending Mold Gone to friends and family, and will use them in the future (though I hope I don't have to)."

"It started off with requesting a quote through Best Air Quality and Restoration. The response time was great. The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved.
