I figured we’d have a mess to clean up after the install understandably. But wow they did an incredible job cleaning up afterwards. Not a speck, they even spent time cleaning off the driveway and front lawn. We have been through one major rain storm since the install and not a drip of water. I was dreading the demo (I have a concrete floor) and the mess involved, but these guys came prepared for everything! They used dust abatement measures to protect all my basement-stored items, and they removed and hauled all the debris away when finished with the excavation. This meant we needed to install a trench and two-sump pump system to waterproof the basement and relieve pressure on the walls. Joe worked with us to add in small improvements as part of the work - including a drain from an outside stairwell into the trench system to solve the problem of periodic shallow flooding in the outside stairwell from a pipe that was too old to be reamed or jetted clear.
