"My wife and I bought a house a couple years ago, and became owners of a radiant heating systems installed more than 20 years ago. Tony and Damian did a great job of understanding how my radiant heating system works, what repairs were needed/what was failing, and where upgrades were needed. They replaced the pump, both expansion tanks, and the neutralizer. Additionally, they noticed the hot water tank was installed incorrectly, and the hot and cold water connections were flipped. It's amazing the system worked, and it's nice to have a system that's correctly installed (even if it's 20 years later!). Additionally, they secured the expansion tanks to the wall (now required by code), replaced the deteriorating copper pipes connected to the neutralizer with plastic (I'm sure this is code now as well), and re-routed the overflow pipes to the outside (rather than the floor!). You can't go wrong with these guys, well done, they're true craftsmen to the trade."

"I rarely feel moved to write a review, but definitely felt the need to write one for In & Out Plumbing for their top notch service!  I called in the morning to set up an appointment for an estimate,  and they squeezed me into their schedule just a few hours later.  My problems were: (1) a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink, (2) a clogged bathroom sink, and (3) extremely loud and abrasive noise of unknown cause emanating from the garbage disposal.  Manny showed up on time.  He spent just a few minutes inspecting each of the issues I pointed out, and fixed each one in mere seconds.  He was friendly and worked quickly.  Very competent.  To my pleasant surprise, he did not charge me for his time -- talk about building up goodwill!  I will not hesitate to call In & Out Plumbing for all of my plumbing issues I have in the future!  Thank you In & Out Plumbing!"

"Called Trio Heating on a late Friday afternoon and they sent out two technicians (Jose & Dallin) the next morning to fix a gas heater that would not turn on. Their communication from beginning to end was great. They sent me a text 45 minutes before their arrival time and I was able to track their ETA which was extremely helpful. They explained to me what the issue was. I was able to run out and buy a new thermostat for them to install. They did a great job, cleaned everything up and put everything back together. They also typed up everything they worked on and took multiple detailed photos of the unit and emailed 10 minutes after they left. I think what they charged was extremely reasonable for the quality of work. I really appreciated not being charged a higher fee for coming out on a weekend. Will definitely use them again for my HVAC needs!"

Jose was able to understand the exisiting gas pipe situation, even pointed out that there was a line that ran to my heater, something I did not consider. He laid out exactly what he was going to do for the installation and talked through all the options and variables. Also, the quote was excellent for the job! I was able to schedule them a few weeks later. Jose and William arrived with all the parts needed. Of course, with any installation job, there was a small problem (that of drilling through the masonry of the fireplace, something that no one would have known). However, Jose was able to figure out how to get past the problem and finish the job perfectly. We know have an amazing gas fireplace setup, thanks to Jose, William and Antonio. So what they offered at that time was anyone you referred to if they chose to use their service, you have $500 cash payment which was really nice because half of our neighbors and our family members used them. I do not know what they do now, but it is a really nice service because they are a very good company. They did a great job."
