"Tracy was fantastic. I hired him to help my parents mount a Samsung Frame TV, and he exceeded expectations in every way. He was prompt, communicative, professional, and incredibly kind to my parents — they now rave about him. The project ended up being far more complicated and time-consuming than we anticipated, but Tracy stayed positive, worked through every issue, and honored his original price. I even bought a mounting box that was too large, and he went out of his way to install it in a more convenient and discreet location so everything looks perfect.
