"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. Some were way too expensive,   others didn't want the job, or said I lived too far away.  I was able to get David in person on the first call. I told  him what I wanted done and he made an appointment to meet me on a specific date.  He kept me informed every step of the way.

"Roger visited my apt and agreed to do the work for $1500. That was to remove the shower floor, re-set it and tile. He also agreed to re-caulk the walls since some of the old grout was cracking. The entire lower row of wall tiles in my shower would need to be removed in order to remove the floor tiles in the shower. I agreed to buy those wall tiles separately from the $1500 fee. I paíd 1/3 of the fee as a deposit. Another 1/3 hall-way thru and another 1/3 when finished. Roger assured me the work would be completed in 3 days, and it was. If he agreed to be in my apt at a certain time, he was always punctual. He did a great job and was very friendly and professional. I honestly wish I'd hired Roger 2 years ago when my bathroom was renovated. I was very happy with the price, the work that was done and getting to know Roger a little bit. I would hire him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone.
