They provided options regarding updating our furniture (from just repairing nicks and restraining those areas to complete stripping and restaining). They did an excellent job of explaining the process and timing details.  We felt the established price was extremely reasonable for the amount of work required.  They also repaired dining room chairs where necessary and replacing a piece of the china cabinet that had water damage.  Establishing a new stain color was an easy process, they actually developed the perfect stain color for us while at our house (in their truck outside).  Everything about the process was pleasant and positive.  Our restained dining room furniture looks brand new and the revised color excellent.  We can't recommend this company highly enough.
