"Mr. Parks and his workers were thorough, polite and efficient. My gutters were full and badly clogged because of several years of neglect. They removed all debris from my roof and dug out the gutters by hand until they got water freely flowing through the downspouts. It was a positive experience from beginning to end."

"I would recommend Menaci Drywall Design to anyone looking for home repair work. They were quick to reply and answer questions, get info on what work needed to be done and scheduled an appointment to come do work. From first contact to completion was done in 3 days due to it being over Thanksgiving, had it been a regular week I believe it would have been done even sooner. The friendly and professional service is much appreciated!"

"I had purchased the Big deal Offer for $89 for 3 hours of kitchen and bathroom caulking and grout restoration.  The first guy that they send out was excellent, the second guy was not as excellent or as detailed but still did the job.  Actually I had them come back do some additional work on the same job.  I really don’t have any complaints and I learned that one needs to be more involved yourself and be on top of things.  I would probably use them again."

"My 23 years old tile roof need to be replaced due to poor quality material used by previous local roofer. After search through 6 estimates, I pick Tony's bid because he listen to my concern and his prices seems fair. Normally roofing job starts in April or May, after the raining season, but our roof was leaking in several spots and Tony and Tino (the roofer) started the project in February. With the wettest raining season in recent memory in LA, it was a challenge to work on roof during the break between rain storms, but Tony and Tino's crew pull through the challenge. During the process, Tino also points out several issues with our chimney and he was able to do a thural repair and painting while he was up on the roof. As with any construction project, we encounter areas that need extra work and Tony was very easy to talk to and we were able to reach a reasonable price for the extra work. The only complaint I have about the whole project is that during the project, the crew allow the dirt got into my gutter and the cleaning process was not as thural as I'll like. Overall, I am very pleased with our roof project with OM Construction. Tony is very responsive during the process and address my concern very quickly. Tino's experience and attention to detail make me feel confident about the quality of our roof job."

"Plenty of damage, torn tiles and cracked on the sides. I called these guys after a relative gave me their number. Guys replaced in a matter of days, the tile matched and also they also did a beautiful job in having the tile glazed."

"I was going to wait until Angels Pools finished my job before I wrote this, but I need to let everyone know how AMAZING Jose (the owner) and his crew are. They are NOT just a pool company. They have been working on my full backyard remodel since early April. It is a big job with over 3000 sq ft of pavers, full pool remodel, lights, skimmer, garden wall and fire pit. I wanted anyone who may be trying to decide between this company or another one to not miss out on this amazing company. 1) His Crew was on early and on time for work every day. They clean up their equipment and their work area at the end of every day. 2) They are customer service oriented. They are always asking me to make sure what that things were progressing the way I wanted. They always said "if you are happy, we are happy" and they really are serious about your satisfaction. 3) They are artists. Seriously, the marble pavers they are laying are square, the pool is a free form one, but they make the marble mold into the desired shape so it looks like the coping and pavers were always together. Truly Truly Amazing! 4) The are detail oriented. I see the right equipment to make sure all the slopes for drains and lines are correct. I am so incredibly happy with what I have seen so far, I wanted to make sure others know how good these guys are! They are about 2 weeks out from finishing. If you were thinking about a backyard remodel, pool work or even paver work these guys so incredibly professional, amazing and I would have no hesitation use them again, or recommending them to anyone. I will update this once my job is completed. Seriously, can't go wrong. I have been a 1000% happy camper so far."

"I received 6 quotes on my two bathrooms remodel and YS Remodeling gave me the best quality-price ratio. Yoel and his team shoved up on time and worked hard from first day to end of the project. It was true pleasure to work with this people, they made everything to went smooth and there were no any issues or unexpected costs. Yoel helped me with his great suggestions and he carefully listened what I wanted to do. The outcome is excellent, my new bathrooms are top notch!!"

"To say the experience with Asi and Real Construction was good is an understatement. They did a phenomenal job. Not only were they on time they actually finished faster than anticipated. They didn't cut corners and they told me everything they were doing as they were making all the changes. They listened to me the whole way through and worked with my budget. They were kind and friendly and didn't try to weasel money out of me.
I feel like they were beyond upfront and if I wanted something and they felt it wouldn't look good or could be above my budget they told me their truthful opinion. I have to say the work they did was impeccable. I am so happy with how my house came out inside and out that there are no words. I feel like my backyard was transformed into an oasis. The inside of my house is so much warmer now and I haven't found a flaw in any of their work.
My overall experience with the workers and this company was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
If you are looking for anything in regards to remodeling or whatever you need in your home, inside, outside, top, bottom, call Real Construction and speak to Asi. He knows what he's doing and he will give you the best price and the most honest input as to what is the best look for your home or business.
From one truly happy customer to any potential customers don't pass on calling them for a quote."

"Brigada Builders did an excellent job on our upstairs renovation. We remodeled our office into a grand master bathroom, remodeled our bathroom into a 4th bedroom and did new wood flooring. They were extremely professional, diligent, reasonable and easy to work with. The owner, Andriy, was very helpful throughout the project even providing advice on design elements and slight tweaks to our vision. He is reliable and I would highly recommend his work. The lead foreman, Victor, was responsive, kind and wonderful to work with. They also did amazing marble work in our master bathroom. The team did an amazing job. I was so pleased with every element. It turned out to be a masterpiece. Our architect even said it was some of the best work he had seen. I couldn’t sing higher praises for their service and company."

"The work was done well and in a timely manner. I was very impressed by how quickly things got finished once permitting issues were resolved. They did an excellent job staying on top of permitting issues and were always available for communication addressing any issues/concerns. Cabinetry and countertops are top notch. All of the workmen were very polite and considerate and kept the house/kitchen tidy whenever their work was done for the day. The remodel turned out beautiful, better than I had hoped. Avi, who oversaw our project, was very professional, attentive, and easy to work with. Would definitely hire again, and/or recommend. We had interviewed quite a few contractors before deciding on Flat Rate Remodeling, I am very happy with the choice we made."
