"The technician was supposed to be doing a plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. My wife was home; the guy was at my place for a total of 20 minutes and did not say much, then left. I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left. I am not an expert in any way, but I would think it would take more than 10 minutes to drain and inspect the water heater alone. But I would not know since I was unable to speak with him. "

"Jose and team were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The work they performed, installing a new electric tankless water heater, was accurately installed. Jose recommended a water heater that exceeded my expectations and has worked expertly since. I also hired Jose to repair a leaking pipe in a bathroom which he did on an emergency basis. He andâ  s his team are scheduled to install a shower in the same bathroom, and to perform the work needed to remodel my kitchen.
