"I hired them for fan motor replacement. Nice people, great work. They are good at what they're doing. Fast response. Due to covid, I tried to limit ppl come to our house just for quotation. So I took pictures amd sent to three companies, Sam can quickly identity what model I used, other companies insisted I provide the model number or come to our house for free quote. To be fair, eventually another company also able to do the job, but I already agreed to Sam just 2 mins before he called me. And Sam sent his crew within 2 hours ! Amazing service! Highly recommend."

"Rays HVAC tech came in and evaluated the problem with the A/C (early Sept. 2020). The coil was freezing up and dripping water. Another company wanted to replace the coil for over $3,000. Rays said it just needed free-on. Topped it off for $200 and the system ran fine after the service. would highly recommend it. Used Rays HVAC for a heating issue March 2021. Ray was quickly reachable, great communication, came the next afternoon. Great job on the repair and for a very good price."

"I was in desperate need of an AC unit repair and Kyle came to the rescue. Iâ  ve owned my home since 2019 and have been looking for and honest and reliable AC technician. Iâ  ve used a couple of other technicians but Kyle will be my go to moving forward. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and educated me on how my unit should be running. He even gave me info for what filters I should be purchasing to help my unit run efficiently. He gave me several options with regards to repairs and I went with the higher priced option because it was so reasonable and I didnâ  t want to cut corners. "High quality, responsive, fair, and clean These guys are the best! We worked with them on a water heater replacement and a air conditioner repair/replacement - both in July 2019. When our water heater broke, we called several places. They were the first to respond - Ahmad was able to come out to our house within an hour or so. He answered our questions, let us know why he knew it needed to be replaced (as opposed to repairing a link), and began working. He noted that our previous water heater had been installed incorrectly, and he re-welded a pipe so that the new water heater could be installed on a more level surface. While he was at our house, we asked if he could also install a new kitchen faucet that we had been meaning to replace. He was able to fix it in 20 minutes. For both repairs, he left the worksite clean. I'm glad our water heater broke that day, because we learned they also do air conditioner repair. Dean was much more knowledgeable and provided us with more repair options than any other company we had contacted. We had been under the impression that both our air handler and condenser needed to be replaced, but he let us know that although the condenser needed to be replaced, only one part of the air handler - the coil - needed to be replaced. This saved us thousands of dollars. Dean also patiently answered our questions about other air conditioner options we were considering (e.g., whether to get a a unit with greater capacity). While we were waiting for parts to be available, they did a temporary fix of our old air conditioner so that we didn't melt during the heat wave. On the day of the repair, everything went smoothly - they kept me informed about progress and cleaned up after themselves. I'll definitely call Green Apple the next time I have a plumbing or HVAC issue!"

"Sheldon was very nice and was able to come to us the same day when others could not get to us until the next day or after. We already knew what the problem was and he did not come in and try to tell us it was something else, trying to make more money off of us. He even took the time to make sure it really was the problem that we had been told. He took his time and did not rush even though it was after 6 pm. He checked other rooms to ensure they all were heating correctly. Very professional, very nice guy and his prices were VERY reasonable. As a first time homeowner, we were trying to brace for a huge repair bill or worse having to get a new furnace. Sheldon made us feel secure that we were getting the job done and done correctly. "It went very well. They did a good job. The cost was over $400. I don't know whether or not that's too high or not. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."
