He made this house pop I actually was able to sell it as they were removing the protective paper off the floors. The first buyer through the home purchased it. They delivered the home cleaner than when they started ,as usual I could not have been happier but the best news was how happy my seller was returning home from being abroad to see their old home shining like a work of Art. It was a great before and after. I have used Andres and his company for dozens of jobs including new hardwood flooring. As a Realtor it is hard to give referrals for work man, all you can do is lose. "While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
