"Drew was great to work with while making decision on which company I was going to have install a system. We are on a private well and I wanted to be certain we covered all bases. Drew was very informative and patient, understood the fact I was looking at different companies. Once we settled on TN Water and Air Technology their response time for installation was great. Tim was installer and his work was quick, efficient and he explained well as he did the install. He carefully removed existing system prior to installing the new system as well. Start to finish a very personable and professional group of folks to work with. I would definitely recommend."

"Customer service excellent. There when he said he would be. Efficient with time and materials."

"Had water leak that presented in basement shop. I traced to upstairs bathroom and thought leak was coming from tub/shower supply. David quickly determined that the problem was actually a leaky toilet fill valve and corrected the problem quickly and to my satisfaction."

"I. Was told someone would follow up with us after installing but to this day have heard nothing."

"We moved to Knoxville last month. We immediately noticed the hardness of the water and the chlorine smell. Our previous home in Ohio had a Kinetico water softener and reverse osmosis unit. Having grown accustom to over 20 years of excellent water quality for both drinking and household use, we called Kinetico dealer Aqua Clear Water Systems. David and Robert Brewster came out to our home and assessed the water. They confirmed the hardness of the water and chlorine content. They recommended a custom configuration they have developed for our area. We had the system installed today and now have the comfort in knowing that our water is as clean as can be for drinking, showering, washing clothes, etc. The installers (Red and John) did an excellent job and explained in detail how everything worked. I would definitely recommend having them come out to your home to explain the benefits of a Kinetico system."

"The water tastes amazing. They are very clean and professional!"
