The work took two days with a weather interruption in between, but communication was prompt which let us accommodate the weather. All in all, great company. "Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.

"The guys went beyond the simple inspection and caulking as described on the purchased Angie's list package.  They also cleaned the roof and removed debris from the gutters the morning of the blizzard.  Their straight forward honest approach and thorough answers to my questions is greatly appreciated.  I'll use them again in the future.

"Supreme Window and Door provided awesome service.  Albert came to our home and provided an estimate.  There was no pressure and just a straight forward discussion about the windows and the price.  When we told him we were getting another estimate, he said great and to just let him know whenever we made our decision.
Carl came to measure the windows, and then returned to install them.  The windows are a huge upgrade from our previous metal frame windows.  They slide open and shut with ease, are a breeze to clean, and most importantly, help tremendously with the energy efficiency.
We had two different install dates; the first day was 11 windows, and the last three windows about two weeks later.  This turned out to be great since our two cats messed up some of the caulk around two of the windows.  We called Albert and without any hesitation, he said Carl would be able to fix it.  It was so nice that even though we wrecked the caulk, Supreme Window and Door fixed it and it looks perfect.
Being a "perfectionist", the attention to detail during the install went a long way.  The windows fit tight, and the caulk is as smooth as I have ever seen.  The wrapping of the window sills on the exterior of the house looks great too.
All in all, we highly recommend Supreme Window and Door and one of our family members is getting an estimate for their house!

"I had a leak in my roof.  One estimate was $22,000 and they wanted to do my windows which were not a problem.  Another estimate was for $5,000 with no guarantee.  K&R came over, diagnosed the problem to be flashing that had become lose, and fixed it in less than a half hour.  They also looked at the roof and told me it would last at least 5 more years, possibly more, I am now in my sixth year.  They also explained some new type roofs that were coming out that could possibly also convert light into electricity and later e-mailed my information on those roofs, but not a sales pitch.  Their price was so low I actually argued to pay more.  Will I use them again, d*** right.  And I will tell anyone who needs a roof or roof repair about them.

"Hector and his crew did a fine job powerwashing and removing the dirty northside stains on our roof, including a portion that was metal. They also powerwashed our back porch and our chicken coop roof (metal) and its cedar siding; they all look sooooo much better! Definitely plan to use them again on more projects in the future. Prices were reasonable and service was timely and professional."
