"It went great, this is a unique service, for DIY-ers. My electric dryer wouldn’t heat, so I went on line and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. I also watched several how to videos, but none of them matched my dryer. Finally went on Angie’s list and it matched me up with Tin Lizzee which is a chat service to help you through your repair. The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

"I wish my first call had been to Eddie and Repair Tech Plus. He fixed my TV after another repair service told me the situation was hopeless if I didn't spend an unreasonable amount of money with them (after, of course, they'd missed their first appointment with me). The best part of dealing with Eddie instead was his professional and friendly approach; he was prompt, on-time, informative, and frank. He always returned phone calls as promised, showed up as agreed. As an authorized technician, he always called the TV company direct if there were any technical issues that needed dealing with. "WHILE RICH, THE TECHNICIAN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND KIND, HE RAN INTO PROBLEMS SNAKING THE DRAIN.  WAS THERE A LONG TIME GIVING IT HIS ALL.  HE APOLOGIZED PROFUSELY WHEN HE FOUND THERE WOULD BE ADDITIONAL COST TO GO INTO THE KITCHEN CABINET AND CUT OUR DRYWALL IN ORDER TO GET TO THE OUTSIDE DRAIN.  HE CALLED A MANAGER WHO CAME OUT WITHIN ABOUT 45 MI NUTES TO ASSIST HIM WITH GETTING MY DRAIN UNCLOGGED. i WAS TOLD THAT EVEN THIS MIGHT NOT WORK AND, OF COURSE, I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT, PLUS NO GUARANTEES ON THE ADDITIONAL WORK  TO FIX THE PROBLEM!   OVERALL, BOTH RICH AND HIS SUPERIOR GOT THE JOB DONE AND WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.
THE REASON I DID NOT GIVE AN "A" RATING IS THAT UPON ATTEMPTING TO USE MY DISHWASHER, ON 12/24/14 AND 12/25/14, IT WOULD NOT WORK.  SO I CALLED ANGIE'S LIST AND INQUIRED ABOUT WHAT I SHOULD DO, IF THEY CONTACTED YOU OR IF I SHOULD.  AFTER BEING TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO DO SO, I CALLED AND YOUR COMPANY SENT OUT A REPRESENTATIVE PROMPTLY. I ASKED THAT I BE CALLED FIRST SO THAT I COULD ASK THE TECH A QUESTION -- PERHAPS RICH FORGOT TO TURN ON THE WATER TO THE DISHWASHER???  WELL, AFTER THE TECH ARRIVED, THAT WAS INDEED THE PROBLEM.  
THE COST OF PLUMBING WORK IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY, NOT ONLY YOUR COMPANY BUT THE INDUSTRY AS A WHOLE.  ALL IN ALL HOWEVER THEY DID SOLVE THE PROBLEM, BUT FORGOT TO TURN ON THE WATER TO THE DISHWASHER.

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"The visit went well and the service person was on time.  The first diagnosis was not correct and a defroster part was ordered and replaced.  The problem was not corrected.  A second visit was required and the action taken at that time corrected the blocked drain hose problem.  We have not had any problem since the 2d repair visit.

"Replaced kitchen cabinets, installed new appliances and quartz countertops with tile backsplash, tore down and rebuilt attached family room, added island to kitchen, replaced flooring with hardwood and upgraded electrical in both rooms, new lighting in family room, refinished wood floors in all downstairs rooms, upgraded electrical service to 200A, ran new circuit to garage. Work began immediately after Thanksgiving and most work completed and appliances installed Dec 23rd just in time for holidays. Work was done quickly, efficiently and professionally, trash constantly removed, foreman was always available and immediately responsive during this time. We were required to purchase new appliances ourselves which they installed, which we preferred. 1/3 payment required upfront, 1/3 when work started and the remainder when work was substantially completed and rooms livable (their definition). The contract allowed 10% of that final payment to be held back until all work listed and priced in the contract was completed. Although that seemed to be a lot to pay before work was completed, I correctly believed they could be trusted to complete the work quickly and properly. When mistakes were made which occasionally happened (e.g. a light wouldn't turn off and the range hood wouldn't vent), they returned immediately to correct the problem. All the contractors and subcontractors were professional, polite and helpful."
