"Oak called 2nd but came next day/ UN-prepared to do either repair or water test (requested on phone) or even replace with ready new ADA toilet that the lying receptionist booker said they have “some in stock and if not he will show a catalog of choices”. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

"Jaleen from Albert Nahmans is top notch , diagnosed the issue with an old furnace , fixed it and made recommendations for repairs and or replacement . A huge thank you!!"

"Beastbay Plumbing was very professional. They reached out right away after my request was submitted through Angi. I thought I might have a mainline that would need to be replaced but they said the meter wasn't showing that so it didn't seem to be the problem. Instead they installed a valve to cutoff the sprinkler line from the house main that feeds the sprinkler valves. This does seem to have been the case. I can replace the sprinkler line that needs attention myself. The other estimate I got to do the same work was higher so the price from Beastbay was good."

"Harry did a good, professional and prompt work to repair a main water line leak over the weekend"

"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? Thank you for your time & assistance."

"Not only did Johnny clear the drain (I had tried on my own without success), but he looked at another toilet, recently installed by another plumber, that was making an unusual noise and gave us advice. He also checked our water pressure. Very nice person and would definitely use again."

"Pedro handled a complicated water main repair/replacement. He and his team were very competent, calm, and professional. Pedro’s upbeat attitude, common sense and persistence were a perfect fit for our project. He gave a good price and kept at it until the job was done. I highly recommend Ortega Plumbing & Rooter!"

"It went very well; the thorough HVAC system checkup revealed some questionable component that were best suggested to be replace with new ones. I am not confident that my HVAC system is set for more that good performance going forward. I appreciated the non-pressured advice and suggestions in coming to my decisions. Thank you, Joaquin Ortiz."
