"Woke up this morning and both the toilet wouldn't flush and the shower/bathtub was all backed up. I called two plumbing services but only one of them could make it before 2p.m. I went with Pioneer because I had to be at work for 3p.m. They showed up on time and even waited 15 minutes for me because I was out running errands thinking they were going to be late like plumbers in the past. When I told them that the other company I called was going to charge me a little less for the work they price matched! Since we don't have a clean out to the main line it cost a little more than I thought it would but now I know that we need to install one. Luis R. and his partner did great work. They answered all my questions and knew what they were talking about because I google everything people tell me on my cell phone. They unclogged my main line through the roof vent in less than an hour so that I could get to work on time. They were also personable but professional. I would definitely recommend these guys for any plumbing issues. We will be using them again to install a clean out to our main line.

"After getting a outrageous  quote from Mike Diamond for a drain to be cleared, we sent the not so smell good plumber packing and called Doc.Joe's. Sean and Bryant were on time, cleared our drain and then jetted the line to remove all the build up.
Doc Joe's cares so much about their customers, they take there time to explain the problem in detail and gave me choices. I felt no pressure. In fact before they started they provided me a detailed description on a iPad with the cost up front and a 1 Year Warranty. Very impressed with how clean they were, professional and courteous. 
I also asked them to give me a estimate on a water heater. While Sean was preparing the estimate his coworker performed a service on my water heater for free! I will definitely be using Doc Joe's Plumbing again!
Oh and one other thing, before they left, my invoice and estimate was emailed right away and I paid my bill on line. Very nice feature.

"I discovered my water heater leaking this afternoon! Figured I would have to wait for an appointment. When I called Active Plumbing Solutions at 4:42pm, Jordan was very nice and professional. He set me up for an immediate installation. Right then! His estimate of "about an hour and a half" was incorrect, however. Daniel, the tech, arrived in about 35 minutes. He already had the water heater I needed; which is a testament to the communication/organization between dispatch (Jordan) and the tech (Daniel) at Active Plumbing Solutions. The install went flawlessly and here I am at 7:17pm (same night) writing this review! Pricing was better than I had last year when I needed a repair and got 2 replacement quotes just in case. I could not imagine a better experience. Both representatives from Active Plumbing solutions gave GRADE AAA+++ Service. "John was extremely helpful during a very very difficult time. He answered questions honestly and validated my concerns. He did come out promptly after the July 2015 rain storm when hiring a roofer seemed impossible. He provided a well written estimate and provided his knowledge regarding my options. I had possession of the home for 13 months and during that time in the Antelope Valley I can HONESTLY say that Western Pacific turned out to provide the best service. As a female, I highly recommend them.

"They had to come out 4 times. The first water heater started leaking after 6 months. It was replaced. The second water heater also started leaking after 6 months. I contacted the manufacturer and they recommended a thermal expansion tank be installed. It was not installed the first or second time the water heaters were installed. I did have to pay a re installation fee. I picked up the 3rd water heater myself and they gave me natural gas water heater instead of propane. The fourth attempt they finally got it right and so far the water heater has worked after 7 months. The guy was very responsive as far as my calls and issues. He came out whenever I needed. Unfortunately, the entire experience was just a train wreck."
