"They're the epitome of restoration; no issues encountered! It was a random search "mitigation near me". Sam and Matt and Sebastian and others were super helpful. My house came together in the best possible way. I was hoping for faster but it was 3 months. I endured a fire in one bedroom. Don't get amazon indoor fire pit. The only moment of fear was because there were too many fires, USAA was slow to send Payment but they were careful that I would not get "burned". My monies were going to my mortgage servicer, which wasn't exactly the best situation, due to poor communication at times. The red cross came through and handed over several hundred to get me through a month , thankfully. My mortgage company needed special check endorsement which took more time (estate administrator). The workers don't work on zero money and I can't blame them. At the end of the day they put everything together exactly as it had been. They saw me through from start to finish and I definitely recommend them! Sam, Matt, Sebi, David they were great!"

"I personally worked with Kenneth Barrett on multiple jobs for the Fire Department and he has done a outstanding job. Honestly, integrity and upmost quality im everything he does. I will continue using him for all of my maintenance needs and have built a great relationship."

"Fantastic service and beautiful results. The fixed pricing helped us stay within budget, and the final outcome exceeded expectations."

"Shane did an awesome job. He didn’t try to upsell or do anything that wouldn’t work. Since we have many hairline cracks, he was not able to do what I had hired them for. He was honest and thoroughly explained what he could do. I could not be happier. I will definitely use them again when I need them. The owner, Paul also worked with me before they came out since I had tile issues. Awesome job guys!!!"

"I had flood damage. Nathan performed. Recovery service. He also did a total remodel with replacement of sheet rock and insulation, taping and floating of sheet rock texturing of all walls and ceilings and replacement of floors. He did this in a very proficient, efficient and timely manner I was able to see patients in my office three days after the flood with concrete floors and holes in the sheet rock. I did not have to reschedule any patients over the next 2 1/2 weeks he was able to completely remodel my office. I’m impressed with his professional staff and quality of work."

"Honestly I had a great experience with this company. We had a really bad water heater leak and when they came out they helped calm things down and see what kind of options we had available to us. They helped us go through the insurance process and it was very easy with them."

"Pro Star agent was very respectful. Could not service my water system so he refunded my money I paid through Angie's List. Did offer a new system but was not pushy. Would use again."

"After the 100+ temperature week we had in San Antonio, our AC struggling to cool, so we finally gave in and decided to make a call for insulation. We could feel the heat in the walls form the sun, so we spoke to Manuel at Insulation Works asking for a quote for wall insulation. He explained that while he could install insulation in the walls, it was likely not the problem, he suspected it was really our attic that needed insulation. He came to our home and gave us a quote for the walls and the attic. The attic had 2-4 inches of insulation while CPA recommends 13.5 inches. Our attic definitely needed some attention too. He explained how the walls cost much more to insulate but he really thinks we could get the best value just doing the attic which will not only cost less but would also cool the entire house, not just the rooms we added the wall insulation to. He explained how if we got attic insulation, we may not even want wall insulation, so he recommended we wait on the walls, and he could come back later if we decided we still wanted them done. The team, Manuel and Mari, came over and got to work within 2 days. They were both so very nice, friendly and professional. They wrapped my furniture and the floors to protect it from any dust or damage. They even brought corner protectors to protect my walls from any potential damage. They had all the professional machinery and tools needed to get the attic done quickly and correctly. In the end I had 17-18 inches of insulation in my attic. They quickly cleaned up and even vacuumed although there was not much of any mess I could even see. The team worked with me on filling out the rebate from CPS and even worked it out from our estimate. We didn't even know there was a rebate available. It felt like we were dealing with family even though we didn't know them before we made that call. We immediately felt a difference in the house and now that it's the day after it's amazing how much cooler the house is, and my AC is not having to work so hard. I don't even feel like the walls needed to be insulated anymore! He was right! There are so many companies that would have jumped at the chance to just charge me for the walls and attic, but Manuel was so honest it really blew us away. If we decide later, we want to add insulation to the walls we know exactly who we will be calling. If anyone needs any insulation work done, we definitely recommend Insulation Works!"
