"These guys did such a great job on our new walkway! We had our old cracked and chipped walkway completely replaced (new concrete, new rebar) with a new one about 14" wider. We also had our driveway widened by about two feet. These guys squeezed me in between jobs and got it all done in one day - they even removed the bushes - work that wasn't part of the bid - and didn't charge us. They came back the next day to get forms, cones and cordon tape. Three days later when we were bringing in groceries and not walking through our yard or tripping on the chips in the walk, we realized just how much we really loved the work he did. We told Bob that we were on a tight budget and he gave us several options and even some suggestions for things we could do on our own to save some money. He understood exactly what we wanted and stayed in contact with us before, during and even after the job. This guy is a homeowner first and just a super, super nice guy! "After I called it took a couple days before he got back to me.
But after that delay everything went very fast, John came by the next day to give us a quote on both the shutters and fence.
After considering we opted to just have the shutters installed.
After my wife showed John what she liked, he told us they could hand build them and stain them in the same color as the rest of the wood around the outside of the house.
John had one of his workers called Sam come out. The shutters were installed in no time and after talking to Sam we decided to have him touch up the facia boards around the house too.
Overall we are very pleased!

"We purchased this Big Deal through here on AL on February 28th.  Much to my delight, Jason responded to us early the next day offering us a choice between hardwood mulch and cedar mulch, even though the deal specified hardwood only.  We were pleased that we had a second option, and chose cedar.  I provided  our contact number and confirmed delivery for March 14th.
March 14th rolled around and no one showed up - no phone call or e-mail. I'd taken off work to ensure I'd be there for the appointment!  I called Precision late Friday afternoon to see if they still intended to show up, and left a voice mail.  I followed up with an e-mail too, and finally received a message on the following Wednesday apologizing for missing our appointment.  Jason explained that they were very behind due to their service truck being in the shop for repairs, and had realized that they had incorrectly transferred my number from my order, and thus, were not able to call me.  I ended up  calling Jason again the following week to arrange delivery on April 5th, and received another yet e-mail on the 30th requesting verification of the delivery date and time; he'd wanted to make sure he wrote it down correctly.
In the end, Precision DID finally come through. They showed up on April 5th at 10 am sharp, exactly as promised, and did a wonderful job. According to my father in law, who agreed to meet them, they were quick, efficient and professional.   Visually, we love the end result of their efforts and the quality of the product.
Although we were pleased with Precision's work, and Jason was polite, professional, and apologetic about the missed appointment, I'm still on the fence as to whether we'd use them again.  I don't want to chance another day of waiting around and then another few weeks of back and forth to reschedule.  I would've been ok with being scheduled way out if they were upfront about their backlog as long as they showed up when promised.

"Tony, his sons, employees, and subcontractors were all very professional! They were all hard working, kept a clean worksite, provided all their own equipment, and they all had excellent skills and craftsmanship! Tony used very reliable subcontractors for concrete pour, stamping and stain. His electrician, masonry, and granite contractors were top notch! Tony and his sons installed our pergola and it's impressive! I had told him in the beginning I was working on a time limit and needed the project completed well before a set date and he made sure it happened! I gave him my concept drawing and he made it reality! He kept me informed all along the way of what was happening and if there were delays or issues (weather was the biggest problem). He was very honest and flexible. His contractors came out started and completed the jobs given in a timely and professional manner. Wow, they even stayed until late at night to complete a job because they knew the weather would delay the project going forward. Although we had a wet summer and he had to dodge the rain, my beautiful and well-constructed patio is the envy of the neighborhood! The best part of the experience was the way he made us feel as customers. He cared about our wishes and desire to be wow’d and he responded quickly to our questions and concerns; we felt valued as a customer! In the end he took the time to create a drone aerial photo of our new patio; it was brought into perspective the awesome work and a dream come true. "We are very pleased with the work Dennis and Adam with Dominion Decks did for us. We hired Dennis to repair a large deck and he was the first contractor that did not upsell and gave us a bid for exactly what we wanted and needed. Dennis and Adam were ontime, friendly and efficient. They completed the repairs in the timeframe provided and removed all old wood and trash before leaving. In addition, he saw our fence gate needed repairs and replaced it with a new gate. He wouldn’t accept payment for replacing the gate because it wasn’t on the original contract.
