"We were referred to BIg City Plumbing through our Home Warranty company. From the first call, Travis was very professional. He set up a time for his crew to be at the house and they arrived on time. After a quick diagnosis, they obtained authorization from the Home Warranty company to replace the water heater. They wasted no time and went right to work getting the old unit drained and out of the attic. Just as quickly, the new unit was installed! This group was very professional; got in and got the job done! I would definetely use them in the future for any plumbing needs that I may have with or without the Home Warranty.

"Trouble shooting electrical issues that was hard to locate. Offering sound plan of action to clearly explain possible challenges involved. Cleaning up the area (s) connected to project. Final outcome very satisfying"

"Great service all around. 1. Called the office to discuss the issue. Made an appointment for a formal inspection and quote. 2. Two guys showed up as scheduled and inspected the sewer with a camera. 3. We discussed the options and they worked up the proposal. 4. I only got one quote as I have had it looked at a couple times previously over the years and I felt comfortable with the cost as well as the folks I interacted with. 5. The following day I called to let them know it was a go and scheduled the work. 6. There was a team of 6 guys that arrived the day of the sewer line replacement, they were all personable and worked well with each other. They put in a hard days work and got it all done and cleaned up on the same day. From making the call to the completed work was 4 days. Very satisfied with the entire process. Five stars to Legend Plumbing for customer service and quality work!"

"Justine from Prostar was very knowledgeable and professional. She gave us great price options and followed up after the installation to be sure we were happy. They were on time and did a great job! The technician thoroughly explained what they were doing and how long it would take. We had several quotes/options, but Prostar Water definitely provided the best product and service for the money!"

The plumbers and owner were very courteous and professional.  They communicated well, worked efficiently, met deadlines, and problem-solved effectively. The plumbers were personable and took the time to explain the work they performed.  They provided an accurate description of their services and honored their estimate in spite of a problem which arose with the excavation work performed.

The plumbers who came out, Vincent and Cesar, were knowledgeable and worked well together.  They conducted a thorough assessment of our plumbing needs and provided honest answers to our questions.  We would be glad to contact them again for any help with our home's plumbing.

"Hired these folks on April 27, 2018 to repair several leaks in the old roof of my commercial sized building that has my home and 5 apartments. They showed up on time, and did a thorough job, though they told me we needed to wait until the next rain to verify if everything was okay. When the rain came there were no more leaks, and the price for the job was very affordable. Would definitely hire again."
