He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"The BEST phone call I have made this year for a service needed in my home was to Mirsky Heating and AIr. I called in the middle of a So. Cal heatwave because my thermostat had stopped working and I needed to replace it. How often does an AC company, in the middle of a heatwave, tell you they can come the same day? NEVER!! Except for Mirsky..Darrow told me that he would try to make it work..and he did...which I will be forever grateful!!! He checked in with me during the day to assure me that he was coming and not to leave work until he was more clear on the time he would be at my home. He quoted me a good price for replacement that I can't refuse. The central AC was replaced with no hitch and on time. Want also to appreciate the work of Joseph and Joshua who were very courteous in installing the condenser and duct. What I admire most is Perry who sent a crane to pick up my old heavy AC from the hillside backyard of my house which is impossible to bring it up to the street level. He is really a gentleman to pursue his promise to pick it up after I already paid the unit and services.
