"Initially I had my AC repaired due to a leak. They were upfront about it possibly not holding the Freon..But for a couple of hundred dollars, I wanted to try it over replacing the entire HVAC sysrem. Mine was 33 years old at that point. So the Freon lasted about a month and I said let's just try it one more time and they were willing to try although again they said it probably isn't going to last even with "stop leak" added. Well it lasted about 5 days. So, when I called them to have them install a new HVAC, they took the second service call and credited it to the new HVAC. I have had the new HVAC for about a month, with the Google Nest thermostat and I could not be happier. Tony, JD, Mike and the other guys are the best. Amazing, professional, honest, with a fair to low price. I honestly would have paid more based on other bids. I would say don't even bother with other bids, but that wouldn't he prudent. So, get other bids but go with these guys. I promise you you will not be disappointed. I could not have asked for a better experience!!!"

"Decided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

"The work was good. Howevet the fumes and dust from the removal of the old steel line traveled up to the upper floors of the house. It's better for a family with children, or the elderly, or the sick not be home if you can arrange it. I had no idea it would be so disturbing. But then the provider could have mentioned it."

"The work went well. It was something that was easily fixable, but I was charged a substantial amount for what turned out to be a simple problem. I knew it was going to cost, because they were upfront with the price estimate. Still, it seemed like a high price. This was a repair that I could have done if I had the patience and time to do it myself. I paid the 'lazy tax' to have someone else do it. I'm more mad at myself there. I do not fault the work and the speed of the repair. The work was done quickly and cleanly. The technician was very professional, and if I had a bigger job for them to do, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I'm sure I'd be 100% satisfied"

"When your request a service, it important to ask if there is anything else I should know. My dryer wasn't getting hot so I thought I would just need my vent cleaned. Well, come to find out when the vent was clean and after the guy was packing up, he stated that "oh, we do provide a dryer cleaning and we have those packages he also stated "If your dryer doesn't get hot, you ming need a full cleaning of the dryer, where we take it apart" I would have requested that full service, if I would have known about that service. I'm not scheduling another appointment when the guy was already here and could have done everything to get my dryer working.... My suggestion is to ask all the questions possible to make sure you know your options for service. P.S. My dryer still isn't getting hot."

"I had been advise that the compressor on my a/c unit was dead and I needed a new central a/c unit. I called to get a quote and when he came, he looked at the unit and said he thought they were wrong, and inside 20 minutes had it running like new. He could have just given me a quote for a new unit but went out of his way to repair my unit, telling me what to look for in the future, and charged me less than half of what I was charged by my â service â carrier, who was totally wrong as to what the problem was. I highly recommend him for his honesty and knowledge, as well as his service. Thank you Challenger!"
