The total bill was going to be almost $1000. I wanted to think about it so paid him $85 for a service call and told him I would get back to him in a few days. In the meantime I spoke with a friend who has some plumbing knowledge and he told me how to make the repair. I didn?t need to shut off the water at all. It cost me less than $6 and took about 5 minutes. Indefinitely feel I this technician was trying to swindle me. "
