We decided that my computer needed to go to their repair facility for some serious work. They were able to save all my data, ran thorough diagnostics and repaired my computer. "My husband and I were very pleased with Eric. He was able to come to our home the very next day after my call to look at our computer. Our computer had the dreaded blue screen! Eric drove about an hour to get here but did not charge us anymore than he normally would. He actually got into our area about a half hour earlier than planned and called to get permission to arrive early. Eric went straight to work and chatted with us during his testing. He ran some diagnostic tests on our computer and discovered that the computer was not repairable. Thank goodness we always back everything up on a disc. Eric is very professional and personable. My husband and I really enjoyed talking with him. He advised us about what to do with our dead computer and also some ideas on purchasing a new one. Even though he was not able to fix our computer, we were happy that a decision was made on what to do so we can move forward. Eric was only here about a half hour and only charged us $25! "Anthony called at a predetermined time to help me with an issue that I had not experienced in the past.  He was very professional, extremely pleasant and when he took remote control of my computer, I knew we were in good hands.  He restored documents and pictures that I thought were hopelessly lost.  He also cleaned up and eliminated unnecessary programs.    I sat in the comfort of my home, sipping coffee while watching Anthony work his magic.  Take my tower to a shop where it will languish for two weeks?  No thanks!  I will be contacting Anthony for any future computer repairs. <br />"
