It was a difficult installation, which required a lot of careful measurements and modification of the cabinets and gas line routing in order to fit the appliances. The owner came to make sure the job gets done and to our satisfaction. It was probably a lot more work than they initially expected, but they honored the original quote with only a small upcharge. I had to do it myself later that night after the machine was clanking and hopping around like crazy during the spin cycle. Called in to complain and the owner apologized and gave me a partial reimbursement. Owner was nice and very apologetic but if you're name has "install" in it and you don't know to remove those shipping bolts when installing a washer, that's a big problem."

The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."
