"Tyler was prompt, professional and polite. A very nice young man. I was feeling too much stress to attempt a diy project. Tyler was able to get my dryer working again. I greatly appreciate his service! Tyler, May God bless your business and your family."

"Donny and team were made it here, fixed the dryer and were done all within an hour. They were great to work with and nice people. Highly recommend!!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Fantastic service. Great work. Identified break in drain line and repaired. Left temporary line in place until service could be executed to remedy permanently. Highly recommend and would use again!"

"Showed up on time, reasonably priced repair of my dishwasher"

"It was a very good experience. Greg was quite competent. He took the time to explain what could be going on and then checked it out. We will probably need to replace the washing machine, but now we know why. I would give fifteen stars if that were possible and the next appliance repair we need will certainly be with Mr Appliance !"

"Jeff came out right away when we called for service.  He gave us an estimate that was very reasonable and guaranteed that the final cost would not exceed his estimate.  Several other companies that we contacted were trying to convince us that we needed to replace the entire heating and air conditioning system.  Jeff advised that we make the repair instead of replace the unit because he believed that the unit was fine other than the faulty part.  We appreciated that he did not try to sell us something that we really didn't need.
He ordered the part which was under warranty.  The manufacturer was going to charge for freight on the part, but Jeff convinced them that since the part was under warranty, we should not have to pay an extra charge for the freight.  He ordered the part, scheduled a time to install it as soon as it arrived, and completed the job to our satisfaction."

"The repair of my clothes washer is not complete, needed to order parts."
