"I called on a Saturday afternoon because I noticed my washer was not spinning as it should. He answered the phone and said he would come out, and to text him my address. He was there within 2 hours and was able to determine that he needed a specific part that would have to wait til Monday since the parts store was closed. He was very understanding that both my husband and I work full time, and he accommodated us by coming back first thing Monday morning with the part. He installed it and then got a second error code from the machine, which he had to leave to research and speak to the manufacturer about, etc. He returned once again first thing in the morning the following day and was able to completely fix the problem. I was totally impressed with his diligence and scheduling flexibility. Easy to get in touch with, as I needed to call to ask a question on Monday afternoon and he answered the phone right away, no voicemail. Highly recommend!"

"I called Tommy and explained what I needed. To my great surprise he said he was on his way to another job in Dublin and would be able to stop by. Of my 3 drains, one was completely blocked and the other two were open but one of them seemed partially blocked because heavy water flow would back up through a downspout ground fitting. Tommy snaked all 3 drains and discovered that the completely blocked one had severe damage and would need replacement. But he did open it to some degree and provided a quote for the eventual replacement which I agreed immediately to get scheduled. He broke through significant roots in one of the others and recommended annual snaking of that one to keep it working well. He is also going to return to repair a sump pump outlet from the house which seems to have had pipe joints separate in the ground. Tommy impressed both my wife and me with his personality, professionalism and work ethic. He seems to do great work at a very reasonable price. We will see how the upcoming drain line replacement goes, but at this time we would be very happy to hire him again for any kind of drainage or plumbing work."

"Mr. Appliance was very quick to respond to our needs. A diagnostic appointment was scheduled very quickly and within 48 hours we knew what the issues were with our washer and dryer. Overall, Greg, the technician, did an excellent job of repairing the appliances, and he was very nice and knowledgeable. The two largest issues I had with this company were the huge markup on their purchased parts. They were anywhere from 50% to 400% higher than what you could find elsewhere online. I also would have preferred that they itemized the cost of the parts on our bill, but they did not do so. So it was hard to differentiate labor cost from part cost, but in our case, it was approximately 2/3 parts, 1/3 labor. However, it should be noted that their manager did give us the option to purchase the parts ourselves to save a considerable amount of money. But if we had done that, we would not have received any warranty, which makes perfect sense. So, since they had already ordered the parts, we decided to just have them install their parts such that we could get the warranty. The only other complaint is their communication could be improved. It was very difficult trying to reach the technician after having left several messages for him. I do have to admit, despite having paid much more than I really wanted to for these repairs, Mr. Appliance was definitely committed to customer satisfaction."

I called several Angie' s List heating and cooling companies for estimates and availability for quick relief from the heat. I called Climatech on a Sunday night at 7:30 pm. They said they could install the very next day and had the best price of those I called. By early afternoon I had a new working air conditioner! They were men of their word. I am very pleased with Climatech and highly recommend them!
