Mike Grafton and his son were very personable as well as their installation crew. If you need your bathroom upgraded ( either partial remodel or a full replacement / upgrade) I highly recommend this company who also had a reasonable price, one more thing in this new pandemic world many companies canâ t deliver until > 6-8 months or more , easy bath delivered in a little over one month from original service quote to final installation. Also no payment was required until after job completion. You canâ t beat that."

"Mose is great at taking your concept  and turning it into a fine finished product.    We wanted the wall unit designed without a wood back so the color of the wall would show - hard to do without the backing for support but he did it.    He asks questions and gets a good concept of what you want.   He is very detailed and an incredible wood craftsman.    I am not sure he had done custom window shutters before but they turned out great and were quite reasonable despite what turned out to require multiple trips to the house fort fitting and installation.    If you want fine woodworking and design I would call on him. <br />"

"Rob Collins of AIS was wonderful. He worked diligently with our insurance company and inspectors. He always returned our calls immediately and kept us aware of what was going on and what to expect. Unfortunately insurance company delayed settling the claim for quite a few months and had it not been for Robs persistence we may still be waiting for an answer. Rob personally came out each time an inspector came to our house. When claim was settled Rob had the roof installed in two days. His installers were also considerate and we were beyond happy with the installation and care they took of the property and clean up afterwards. I highly recommend both AIS and Rob Collins"

"Simon from Indianapolis took out my bathtub and put in a walk in shower. He did a great job. I love the finished work. What I didn’t like was the promise of a work crew and that the job would be finished in one day. Simon worked around 10 hours the first day and over 8 hours the second day. All by himself. I realize that people quit, etc but tell the truth. Don’t promise something you can’t deliver. I felt sorry for Simon having to drive to my house from Indianapolis. But he didn’t complain about it and did a great job. "

The scope of the project was: removal of a 1950s shower/tub and a poorly installed fiberglass shower surround and installation of a walk-in shower. The fellows who installed the new shower were absolute craftsmen, meticulous in every detail of the project, from the demolition of the old to the installation of the new. As mine is an older home, there were many challenges, all of which they handled professionally. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat!"
