Most noteworthy however was that the city had work to do (remove a stump) before Fred could return and complete the job (sidewalk replacement). The city took more than 2 months to do their part; thruout Fred stayed in touch and upon their completion promptly scheduled when he would return. Thx Fred for all your support!"

He arrived even sooner than our agreed time, although I live a hour away.Immediately, he was very personable. He explained what he was planning to do and why.
