"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

Rob and a helper arrived on time. Rob reviewed the job and honored the estimate he had given and also applied an Angie's List coupon. I had supplied the faucet and Rob supplied the supply lines and valves. Entire job was done in 45 minutes and it was done very professionally. "I got them through Angie's List and they were fine.  I don't remember what they charged, but I remember thinking that it was ... it seemed to me a fair price for the amount of time that they spent.  I didn't have any complaints about them.  I'm gonna say the several times that we've used them was like an hour to two, no more.  They also installed faucets and two different sinks and I would say that was about two years ago.  I would say they were A overall.  In general, I'm satisfied with them.  I would say they did exactly what I wanted them to do, plus the amount of time spent on it was very reasonable. "

He looked at the first toilet and determined the entire mechanism inside the tank (float and flapper) needed to be replaced. The second toilet was an easy fix so he did that free of charge. The third toilet he determined only needed a handle, which I told him I could replace myself once I went to purchase the correct handle. So, he completed the repair on the first toilet and as a new customer he honored the 15% of coupon for Angie's List members. I was a little disappointed that a new toilet mechanism with labor costs $175. However, based on my research this price is about $20 cheaper than the average cost to repair a toilet. Bottom line - Mark hit all four at an incredibly high level...not only did he prove himself to indeed be a master plumber but also a master service provider.
