"Lou immediately responded to my e-mail inquiry about replacing our badly leaking kitchen faucet. He came to our house a few hours later and let me know our under-sink water connections were a mess, which I already knew. He gave me an estimate and said he could complete the job immediately. I went out to pick out a new faucet while Lou went to work replacing all four shutoff valves. After the new faucet was installed the water was turned on but the new faucet was defective and leaked internally! Lou then had to remove the faucet when I went to buy another one, which Lou hooked up again and which happily worked fine. No doubt the defective faucet had Lou wasting an hour of his time, but he said never leaves a job unless it is perfect. It wasnâ t his fault the new faucet was defective, but he didnâ t complain. I definitely would use Lou for future plumbing needs."

"Peter and Euro Expert were wonderful to work with. In my experience, Peter was always very responsive and came on time and as promised, which in my experience is very hard to find in a contractor! They did a great job of remodeling our bathroom, and finished the job in a week and a half. My husband could not believe how efficiently they worked!
