"Rapid Plumbing installed a hot water heater recently. Chris, the owner, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. He is detail oriented and explained everything in an understandable manner. Within an hour, the heater was installed at a fair price. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and Chris checked later that day to see how the heater was operating. We've used Chris before and will continue to use him for all our plumbing needs. He was referred to my good friend who needs a hot water heater. Rest assured, Chris is a true professional who you can trust."

"I sent Moe a video of a controller that was making clicking sounds he came with in the time he specified came checked boiler out found a bad sensor on hot water circulation discharge pipe and leaking pressure relief valve. Had to go to supply house to get parts and repaired boiler which did not want to turn on. We thank Moe and would use his company again for there service."

"I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."

"I was very happy with my service call today! The repairman, Scott, was knowledgeable and pleasant and wore a mask and gloves throughout., so I felt safe, despite the pandemic. He serviced both of my central air systems and diagnosed the problem with the malfunctioning one and fixed it. By the time he left my house was already a much more pleasant place to be!"

"These guys are fabulous! They arrived on time, took the time to troubleshoot the problem, worked professionally, courteously and neatly! Kept me informed throughout the entire process and quickly got me a new water heater installed in less than 3 hours at half the price, half the time and zero problems my friend had 2 months ago! I will sing their praises and will refer them forever! They left me 100% satisfied with their clean up and efficiency! Do not hesitate to use them, they are wonderful!!!"

"Billy and his are absolutely professional and great to work with. We reported issues with our hot water heater. Billy came over on Easter Sunday morning to investigate. The following day, him and his team came and changed the heating elements. He treated us as top priority customers. I recommend him and his team for your piping needs!"

"Steven put in a bathroom cabinet for me. He did great work at fair price. He was very professional and honest. He's a hard worker and even made extra effort to get a part that was damaged that another plumber didnt replace. He wouldn't not let that go or leave the job till it was finished. He also double checked everything and tested to make sure it was working. I was very impressed & I will be using him again for other home projects. I recommend him and services to all customers.."
