We interviewed several contractors and obtained estimates. It was pretty clear from the start that Kevin was head and shoulders above the rest. Kevin is in high demand so you may have to wait for an appointment and for the start of your construction, but it is well worth the wait. Pricing is fair with lots of upgrades included. You might get a lower estimate elsewhere but the quality of materials will not be comparable.
