I’ve had to make a lot of service calls lately, and this was by far the best customer support experience I’ve had. They sent Derrik K. out to inspect my old water heater, and he was fantastic. He walked me through everything, explained my options clearly, and didn’t mind that I tagged along during the inspection to understand what was going on. I really appreciated the transparency and patience. On top of that, their quote was very competitive compared to the two other companies I had come out. Highly recommend. The workers drive a fully stocked company van so were able to complete the job the day I received my troubleshooting and quote. Company name and phone number are proudly advertised on van. Geremii, (owner) you have a terrific business and answered all of my questions so I was never in the dark about the work that was done. I recommend them to everyone!"
