"Of course plumbing problems are like medical emergencies. They only happen on weekends and holidays! LOL My daughter was staying with me and she came to my room in the middle of the night to tell me there was water all over the floor in the downstairs bathroom. We waited until about 8 a.m. then called Eric. He said he was on his way to Provo for an emergency, but would be to my house by 10. At about 9:45 he called and said he was on his way. When I opened the door, I saw a young man, nicely dressed and very professional. He came in, assessed the problem and went back out to his truck. He brought in the drain cleaning machine and broke up the clog in no time at all. Yay! methinks. He was able to take my credit card and off he went on another call. I proceeded to start a batch of laundry and, OH NO! the drain back up again. I texted Eric back and he was at my house in minutes. He explained that sometimes the clog is so thick, it collapses back on itself. He recleaned the drain and suggested some remedies I could try to keep it from happening again. I am very impressed with Eric and his business practices. I would highly recommend him to anyone. <br />"

He willingly scooped out the top layer of contaminated soil and spread lime to kill the sewer flies and eliminate the odor. "21 years ago, Superior installed a water softener system that served a family of 8 over that period. The system easily outlived its life expectancy. My own recently failed PRV valve finally exposed the system's end of life weaknesses. He was able to get all supplies today and come back in about 90 minutes and completely take out old tank and install new Navien tankless water heater including updated to code plumbing and exhaust vent.
