Their plumber arrived during the scheduled time window, completed the project in a timely manner, and charged within the quoted estimate. An electronic invoice was sent a week later. "The service technician (Derek) was great. He was prompt and did the job quickly. He seemed comfortable with me watching over his shoulder, and was courteous and pleasant in answering the questions I had. Only two comments - price is high ($319) although they do guarantee their work; they will come back if clogs reappear within six months of the original work. There was some confusion about when they would come out, although I certainly don't fault the technician for that. Originally the window was 6-10pm, then it was "within the hour", then it was "we're behind and will send someone to you within the next hour or two." The dispatcher kept me posted, calling me every 30 minutes, even when he could only say it would be a little longer. (Very impressed with that.) And the tech did show up when the dispatcher said he would. Tech gave me instructions on how to avoid/prevent clogs in the future. He sold me a large jug of green-friendly drain cleanser for maintaining the health of my pipes. Warning - the jug cost $60. I didn't take the time to research other products, I just wanted to be done with the job. All in all, very satisfied with the job."
