"Randy Gardner responded immediately to my request for a visit and estimate. He looked inside and outside, and told me I did not need to go to the expense of the drain tile and waterproofing. He said the house (build in 1917) had settled, and that the sidewalk along the side of the house was sinking toward the house, resulting in the water in the basement. He recommended removing the existing sidewalk, and laying new concrete with the proper slope away from the house. Although it was not a cheap fix, it was half of what I feared it would cost. The crew was on time, efficient, and did a great job. I highly recommend G Gardner Concrete and Waterproofing!"

The city I live in ended up reaching out near the end of the permit date and I didnt know about it until then. I reached out to the project manager for my project at Acculevel about it and they did handle that issue promptly."

He used a silicone solution to create a barrier preventing future leaks and put up new drywall in just a couple of visits. Eric was very easy going and I was comfortable with him in my home. Carl was my dogs favorite contractor. Sorry Eric! Highly recommend Ericâ s company, they are great to work with and flexible as well which was a plus!"

"Rob was very prompt arranging an interview, was totally professional throughout. Very, very easy to work with and very responsive to questions and concerns. His crew was very polite, took great care to cover floors, and cleaned up very thoroughly after they finished. Had a leak from the utility sink after the install - foreman came an hour after I called and fixed the problem and cleaned up the water. A couple weeks later there was water again under one of the windows. Rob and his foreman came at 9:30 that night, a half hour after I called, to look at the problem, which was from the window well. The crew was back the next day, fixed the problem, and the basement has been dry ever since. I would absolutely recommend Rob and his crew and am thrilled the basement isn't wet anymore!

Scott walked through options and provided honest recommendations for the garage floor and foundation repair that was needed. Any questions I had regarding the process or estimate were answered promptly. Gardner (Scott and crew) did an outstanding job replacing the garage floor and deteriorated foundation cinder blocks. The crew showed up early every day, were polite and respectful and got right to work. They went above and beyond in how they conducted their work and explained the process and improvements they were making to do the job right. The job site was kept organized and they cleaned up very well after they were completed each day. The entire crew was trusting, professional and knowledgeable - and aimed for quality and perfection. "I hired Maltese to waterproof my basement in a house which was built in 1896 and required serious mold remediation and complete waterproofing. Tom has excellent customer service skills, responded promptly to all communications, provided very detailed invoices and worked very hard to assure I was completly satisfied with the outcome. Although the work needed was far more extensive once they scaled the walls, and assessed the situation, Tom worked to assure that additional costs were more than fair and the crew performed a number of additional services at no charge. The Maltese crew arrived promptly each day and provided backbreaking work to assure that the job was complete. They did an excellent job. My basement is completly dry! Maltese is the best contractor I have had the pleasure to work with and would recommend them highly to anyone who requires basement waterproofing."
