I sent him pictures and just as I thought I needed a new one. He gave me a price with a new heater and installation. He told me that I could go buy one and he would install it to save some money. I estimated what it would cost if I bought it from a home improvement store, paid for delivery and the installation and decided to have Brian do what he does best at a fair price. He even threw in a military discount for me. He was at my home within three hours, drained and removed the old one and installed the new one.
