"It turned out okay but I had difficulties.  There was something that they were going to do in addition to what they were here for but I can never get them to send me an estimate.  They quoted the estimate online and I specifically asked them for paper estimates and they said okay no problem we'll send you that.  Well I never got it I called them and I spoke with a guy I think was the owner.  I never got an estimate so I didn't bother with them.  I don't not to use them again in the future other than they didn't follow my request.  That was the only thing I was unhappy about with them.  So I just didn't bother anymore you know or I didn't call anymore. "
