"I decided to go to LIFE FILTRATION initially because they were recommended by a close friend. I was pleased with the fact that the companys CEO Alejandro Rodriguez Jr. took the initiative to personally present his product. I welcomed him into my home with open arms and went with their product on their first pitch without sleeping on it or considering the other companies. BIG, BIG, MISTAKE. The problems literally started the day after everything was installed. I had one leak after another. Seemingly, every coupling was over-torqued, and eventually, they all began to leak. Naturally, as the problems continued the communication and customer service provided by owner Alejandro Rodriguez Jr. deteriorated exponentially. I clearly became a thorn in their sides and they did not want to deal with me anymore. So much so that my texts & calls would go unanswered for hours or days on end. I had 5 different issues in the first 2 months ranging from a leaky faucet to a non-working reverse osmosis system to 4 different leaks. With each service call, I made I could hear their frustration growing. To the point where one night in which I had a major leak caused by over-torqued couplings. This I learned after paying a third-party plumber. With the exception of one, every single coupling sprung a leak at one point or another. Alejandro Rodriguez Jr. the CEO who when trying to sell me his product was once so polite, unassuming, & professional, quickly evolved into a pompous and extremely rude individual. Sadly enough, it got to the point where he had the audacity to tell me what he thinks to do and could no longer tend to my call when I was in the middle of a massive leak caused by their faulty installation. From that point on he refused to take ANY of my phone calls. He was in meetings at all hours of the day and could not speak to me but told me that everything could be resolved over text. I truly and wholeheartedly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone and suggest you stay far away."
