"I'm picky and can be pain in the neck to be pleased. I want value service that is functional but doesn't cost arms and legs. I did a lot of research, calling, and got quotes from other vendors and decided to go with Cesar's A&C Quality Air. He installed a brand new AC in our single house home. He also came back to repair our heating unit. For the AC installation, his price was reasonable but the service and quality was top notch. He recommended us the appropriate brand that does the same work unlike 99% other vendors who recommend either the most expensive one or the ones sitting on their inventory warehouse. Cesar and his team are thorough and you can tell Cesar is in charge and the work gets done. We also have an old heating unit and I thought it was a quick fix but he came in and spent 1.5 hours with no complaints and explained everything like a professor. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.

"Andy and partner arrived within 2 hours of my request on Angi, diagnosed the issue with my broken hvac in 15 mins and ordered the parts for repair. 8am the following morning Andy called to advise the part would arrive at his office by 10:30 and he would be at my house at 11:30am to install and hung around to make sure unit was operating as it should testing output of each register. Thankfully the hvac is again working as it should as it is the middle of winter. Andy was efficient, honest, good communicator and fair in terms of cost. My hubby and I are happy to have found a reliable resource for hvac/ac issues. Andy also solves plumbing issues! One stop shopping. We are happy campers! Thank you Andy and Angi!!"
