"Most of the work was performed by Joe's employee who was very courteous and very competent. He completely replaced out inner pipe stem and faucet system in bathroom shower, including cutting through sheet rock etc. The existing system was damaged and not repairable. The work was very clean. Joe specifically replaced hot and cold spigots in the basement connected to washing machine, work being also very competent and clean. Both men provided explanations and guidance that was greatly appreciated. Joe replaced hoses to washing machine and cleaned all water ports giving advise about maintenance. I would recommend this company. Pricing was fair for the time expended. I provided the hardware set and pipe stem for the bathroom."

"I received excellent service from Jones Services. Josh was the technician that came out. He was very professional, pleasant and thorough in his testing and troubleshooting of the problem with my A/C not working. Turned out, the A/C unit is fine and my thermostat is fine. The GFI switch for the condensation pump on the furnace had tripped due to a power surge; which caused the thermostat to not be able to turn the A/C. Since no parts had to be replaced or repaired, I was only charged the service fee, which is minimal in my opinion. I'm so impressed with service provided, that I signed up for their perpetual home maintenance program. I now feel like I will have peace of mind for all my electrical, furnace, A/C and water heater maintenance and care needs."
